This Week @ Portigal
Well a good day to you all! I’ve been home for about a week and now it’s time to hit the road again!
- I’m flying to NYC tomorrow afternoon to meet with prospective clients and attend the Core77 conference. Hope to see folks there!
- While I’m in town, I’ll be doing an event with Brooklyn UX – Soft Skills for Design and Innovation. There are just a few tickets remaining.
- From New York, I’ll head to western Michigan for an event the following week: Soft Skills are Hard, June 24th in Grand Rapids.
- UX Magazine has published the latest QuickPanel where I’m discussing voice user-interfaces with Aaron Gustafson and Whitney Quesenbery.
- Last week, we published Carol’s War Story, Driving Force. Check it out!
- A nice writeup from last week’s War Stories event in Portland is here.
- I’ve got another almost-finished story in the pipeline that we’re hoping to get posted sometime soon.
- Ten years gone: From June 2004 – Akihabara geek taxonomy, Santana live.
- What we’re consuming: Alden & Harlow, Tim’s Vermeer, The Dark Knight Rises.
